Active Learning Summer Intern Introductions: Joshua Lee
안녕! 你好! ¡Hola! こんにちは! Hello!
My name is Joshua Lee, and I am a freshman studying Economics and Mathematics at Harvard University. I am a lover of languages, art, food, people, and learning! Outside of school, I work as an impact investor with an Impact Investing Group and the Harvard Business School. I’m also heavily involved in the art scene at Harvard! I am the captain of Harvard’s hip hop group and a member of Key Change a capella group. When I’m not dancing or working, I enjoy travelling, eating uncommon foods and hiking!
I started dancing my Freshman year of high school because my friends made me audition for the team — and I was extremely bad when I first started! However, through the lessons of perseverance and patience that dance has taught me, I eventually got better and even became the captain of my dance team! Since then, I’ve been on America’s Got Talent, toured with many artists, and assist Emmy-award winning teachers! I love dance because it is the perfect balance of artistry and athleticism and there is always something I can improve on.
